Orders from within Virginia are charged 5% sales tax.

Local Pickup - Charlottesville Virginia

You can choose to pick up your order in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA. You can pick it up in Chimney Corner in Barracks Road North Wing on weekdays and Saturday from 10am to 7pm. A store employee will call you as soon as they have it in stock. The items will all be invoiced prior to pick up, you will not have to pay in the store. The address of the store is:

Alaska & Hawaii

Due to additional freight charges associated with shipping to Alaska & Hawaii orders delivered to these states will be shipped via Ground service but they will be charged at the 2-DAY rate.

Shipping Guidelines

GiftCollector uses FedEx as our main carrier. Their days of operation are M-F, meaning they only pick up and deliver packages on these days. FedEx also takes the major holidays off and does not pick up or deliver on these holidays. FedEx does not move packages on Saturday or Sunday and these 2 days do not count toward their shipping days. FedEx will make Saturday deliveries, however it must be prearranged and only on Next Day Air packages. The fee for this service is an additional $20.

Turnaround Time

ByersChoiceCorner provides a variety of shipping options. We strive to process all orders within 24 - 72 hours. Our cut off time for priority shipments is 10:00 am EST. Any orders received after 10:00 am, will be processed the next business day. Subsequent to this processing, your order will either be shipped directly from our warehouse in Charlottesville, VA or "drop shipped" directly from the manufacturer.
